An email and phone number must be provided to book. No promotional emails or texts will be sent to you.
After booking your appointment, a link will be sent to your email for completion of your client intake form. Please complete this form. The client intake form must be completed prior to start time. If the form is incomplete by the session's start time, 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment will be dedicated towards completion of the form. This means a deduction of 15 minutes to your massage will occur.
Must pay prior to appointment. Appointments are unable to be booked without a payment on file.
I accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and other third party payment methods are unavailable at this time, unless I have given permission to you directly.
Gratuity is very much appreciated but not necessary. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and other third party payment methods are accepted. If you do wish to send a tip, a QR code will be available at the studio, and a link will be attached to the email sent following your appointment.
Life happens! I understand when events come up and a session may need to be cancelled or rebooked. The following policies must be taken into effect:
Cancellation must occur a minimum of 48 hours in advance to your appointment's start time. Refunds are provided within 10 business days. A processing fee of $15 is unable to be refunded. Cancellation is by phone only at (480) 919-3456.
Rescheduling must occur a minimum of 24 hours in advance to your appointment's start time. Rescheduling is by phone only at (480) 919-3456.
Failure to give advance notice according to the policies stated above will result in full payment.
